I made a promise to myself to avoid this place until the old timers club got back. I'm not going to go through discussion with the regular board. It's impossible to discuss sports rationally there. Hopefully more discussion on games and what happens with teams will go on here. As you all I know I love high school football from the tidewater to here, glad to see that this thing is finally back on it's feet.

yup I can view all the forums.. not sure what's going?

it might be a good idea for the mods to delete all the threads in the old forums so that when this happens people don't freak out or get in trouble like when everyone jumped onto Adam b/c of stuff said on the mod forum and then once the forums get back up we can all start fresh..

By and large people who had access to this could post on a somewhat reasonable manner. Posting my opinion on Powell Valley's offensive line on the main board is just nothing but a headache. Here, people can discuss it sensibly.

Open to you and the moderators listed in the HBCP. Just need to create a custom user group and PM me the lst of users you want. We will add them. We are working on the interface for you to be able to so this, just not easy with over a quater of a million user IDs. Then we also want to put in a user request for access, as well as a notification system for acceptance or disallowed.

Oh lord, I had some groups set up on the old one interface, users were able to be added to groups. I had 'male' 'female' 'oldies', 'political' 'religion' and would add a person to a group and particular groups had access to forums. I dunno if there is any easy way to extract that data from what you have backed up but I would think its possible.

Of course a lot of the users names will have changed with the imported_ part of some names.
